The Chakradance Awakening series is for a small group who are ready for deep inner transformational work. Every week we will explore a different chakra using free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of each chakra, guided imagery, and mandala art. Dive in and explore your inner world, release blocked energy and rediscover your true, authentic self.
Ways of working with each chakra will also be explored so that you can continue on with your journey throughout the time in between classes. The class includes PDF downloads created by Chakradance with tips and guidance about how to heal and balance each charka. Be prepared for some energetic shifts and some moments of pure freedom! Class will start on February 25, 2019 and meet every Monday night from 7:30-9/9:30pm (depending on how many people we have sign up. Last Class is April 22, 2019.
